Standard Promotion Terms and Conditions Apply
INTRODUCTION
1.1 These terms (Standard Promotional Terms) apply to all promotional offers available on our website (each a “Promotion”). Together with any specific promotional terms, also referred to as “Key Terms” (available on the relevant Promotion’s landing page), and our Terms and Conditions of Use, Loyalty Program Terms, and Privacy Policy (collectively, “the Rules”), form a legal agreement between you and us. Participation in any Promotion indicates that you accept and agree to the Rules.
1.2 You should review these Standard Promotional Terms and any applicable Specific Promotional Terms before participating in any Promotion.
1.3 In case of any conflict or inconsistency between these Standard Promotional Terms, Specific Promotional Terms, and our Terms and Conditions of Use, the Specific Promotional Terms shall prevail, followed by the Standard Promotional Terms to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
1.4 You can print a copy of these Standard Promotional Terms by selecting the print option from the “File” menu of your browser.
1.5 Your use of the website and any services available through it are subject to the Rules.
PROMOTIONS AND PROMOTION PERIOD
2.1 From time to time, we may run Promotions that may include bonus offers, prize draws, competitions, contests, leagues, tournaments, or a combination of these. The specific form of each Promotion will be detailed in the communication (emails, pop-ups, letters) we send you or on the landing page for that Promotion.
2.2 For all Promotions, the promoter is 22bet (referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our”).
2.3 The duration of each Promotion (Promotion Period) will be specified in the applicable Specific Promotional Terms. Once the Promotion Period ends, no further participation will be accepted. Where no Promotion Period is specified, the Promotion will end when it is removed from the website.
PROMOTION COMMUNICATION
3.1 Unless stated otherwise, participation in each Promotion is open to all players across our gaming platforms, but is limited to one entry per person, family, household, address, or organization to whom we send the Promotion Communication. We may limit participation in certain Promotions to specific named players. Where multiple participants are permitted, we reserve the right to limit the number of participants.
3.2 Unless otherwise specified, each Promotion Communication is intended for the named recipient only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended recipient, the offer is void.
ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN PROMOTIONS
4.1 To be eligible to participate in any Promotion, you must:
(a) Be 21 years of age or older, or of legal age in your jurisdiction;
(b) Be legally entitled to use our services in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Use;
(c) Be a resident of the country specified in the Specific Promotional Terms, if applicable;
(d) Unless stated otherwise, have completed registration and opened a real money account in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Use;
(e) Meet any other criteria specified in the relevant sections of the Standard Promotional Terms or Specific Promotional Terms; and
(f) Not be classified as an Unauthorized Person (defined in section 6).
4.2 For Promotions specifically intended for new players, you must not have previously opened or made a deposit into a 22bet account. Such Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promotion.
4.3 A participant’s identity in a Promotion will be verified using name, address, registered mobile number, IP address, or other forms of identification as needed. We may request additional information to confirm eligibility.
PARTICIPATION IN PROMOTIONS
5.1 Participation in any Promotion is voluntary. You may choose not to participate by ignoring the relevant Promotion Communication.
5.2 To participate, follow the instructions provided in the Promotion Communication, the individual Promotion’s landing page, or any applicable Specific Promotional Terms.
5.3 Unless stated otherwise, each Promotion entry can only be used once.
EXCLUDED AND DISQUALIFIED PLAYERS
6.1 22bet accepts players located only in the Philippines. Excluded players include:
(a) Public officials in the Philippines, including permanent, temporary, career, or non-career employees;
(b) Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police;
(c) Individuals under 21 years of age or students of any school, college, or university in the Philippines;
(d) PAGCOR officials and employees;
(e) Gaming site operators and employees;
(f) Unregistered players;
(g) Banned individuals;
(h) Spouses, common-law partners, children, and parents of officials mentioned above.
6.2 If a non-Qualifying Player participates in any Promotion, we reserve the right to seek the return of any bonus, payment, award, or prize.
6.3 We may disqualify any player who cheats, tampers with the Promotion, or violates the Rules.
ABUSERS
Abusers attempt to exploit bonuses, gameplay, or system bugs to gain financially. Abuse may include betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses without incurring expected losses.
QUALIFYING DEPOSITS
8.1 To participate in any Promotion, a Qualifying Deposit may be required unless otherwise specified in the Specific Promotional Terms. Transfers between player accounts do not count as Qualifying Deposits.
RELEASE AND CASHOUT RESTRICTIONS
9.1 Some Promotions may have specific release or cashout restrictions, such as wagering requirements, before the bonus can be used or cashed out. These will be detailed in the Specific Promotional Terms.
9.2 Wagers placed at tournament tables, play money tables, or opposite betting strategies will not count towards wagering requirements.
PAYMENT OF BONUSES
10.1 Unless otherwise specified, real money bonuses will be credited to Qualifying Players’ accounts within seven (7) days of entry into the Promotion.
PRIZES
11.1 Prizes must be accepted “as is,” and there is no cash alternative unless we offer one at our discretion. Prizes may be substituted with items of equivalent value.
11.2 Winners will be selected randomly. All Prizes will be drawn by the specified time and will be paid into the Winner’s account unless stated otherwise.
11.3 Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or costs related to the Prize.
GENERAL TERMS
• You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under the Rules. • No third party shall have the right to enforce the Rules. • Our decision on all matters will be final, and disputes will be resolved in a manner deemed fairest to all concerned. • Philippine law applies to the Rules, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of the Philippines.
