Responsible Gaming Code of Practice
Pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended by Republic Act No. 9487, 22bet operates under the authority granted by PAGCOR to offer and regulate gaming services in the Philippines. This Code of Practice outlines the rules and guidelines on Responsible Gaming for adoption by all 22bet gaming establishments, aiming to minimize potential harm to players and the community, prevent gambling addiction, and prohibit underage gambling.

Foreword
Gaming, also known as gambling, refers to activities involving wagering, odds, and prizes. While it can be an enjoyable form of entertainment, excessive gambling can negatively impact the player, their family, and the community. 22bet, under PAGCOR’s regulation, is committed to delivering gaming services responsibly. This Code of Practice provides guidelines on Responsible Gaming that will be implemented in all 22bet establishments, ensuring the prevention of gambling-related harm, promoting safe practices, and prohibiting underage gambling.

Definition of Terms
• Billboard: A panel used for the display of advertisements in public places, such as highways or building sides.
• Financier/Loan Shark: A moneylender charging extremely high-interest rates, typically under illegal conditions.
• Gaming: Playing games of chance in casinos or gambling establishments.
• Gaming Employment License (GEL): A license issued by PAGCOR, authorizing a person to work as a gaming employee in the Philippines.
• Licensee: The entity issued a Provisional License or Gaming License by PAGCOR.
• National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP): A list of individuals prohibited from entering and playing in PAGCOR-authorized gaming venues in the Philippines.
• Operator: A legal entity contracted by the Licensee to manage gaming activities, which could be 22bet or the Licensee itself.
• Personal Disclosure Statement (PDS): Certified personal and financial information provided by the board members of PAGCOR-authorized gaming entities.
• Problem Gambler: An individual whose gambling behavior has led to loss of control or rational judgment, causing issues in their personal, social, or professional life.
• Problem Gambling: A continuous urge to gamble despite harmful consequences. It includes behaviors such as “chasing” losses, gambling more frequently, and losing control despite severe negative impacts.

LIMITED ACCESS
In accordance with Presidential Decree 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act 9487, and Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 6 Series of 2016, the following individuals are prohibited from entering, staying, or playing in 22bet gaming establishments:
1. Government officials directly connected with the operations of the government or any of its agencies.
2. Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, or the Philippine National Police.
3. Individuals under 21 years of age or students of any school, college, or university in the Philippines.
Additionally, individuals listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons and employees holding a Gaming Employment License (GEL) are also barred from participating in any gaming activities within 22bet venues to prevent conflict of interest, gambling addiction, and improper conduct.

PLAYER EXCLUSION PROGRAM
For individuals or relatives who recognize developing gambling problems, 22bet offers a Player Exclusion Program. This program allows players to voluntarily ban themselves from all gaming venues. To request exclusion, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
