1.1 Before using our website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering a Player Account with the website, you confirm your consent to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to your use of 22bet (“Casino”) through related internet, mobile, or other platforms.
1.3 These T&C constitute a binding agreement between you and the Casino.
1.4 By using or visiting any section of the 22bet website or by opening an account, you agree to be bound by the T&C, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming guidelines, FAQ, and game rules.
1.5 These T&C come into effect once you tick the “I accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy” checkbox. By doing so, you agree to comply with these T&C.
1.6 The website www.22bet.ph (“Casino,” “Website,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) is owned and operated by 22bet, a company licensed and regulated by PAGCOR under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. WHO CAN PLAY
2.1 The Casino only accepts players located in the Philippines.
2.2 The Casino strictly accepts adult players aged 21 and above.
2.3 The Casino reserves the right to request proof of age and may limit access to or suspend the Player Account for those who fail to meet this requirement.
2.4 Playing in public or open places is strictly prohibited.
3. FEES AND TAXES
3.1 You are fully responsible for paying all applicable fees and taxes on your winnings as per the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
4. GAME RULES
4.1 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you understand the rules of the games offered on the website. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the payout percentage of each game.
5. USE OF PLAYER ACCOUNT
5.1 PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY
5.1.1 The player fully understands and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5.1.2 The player confirms they are 21 years of age or older.
5.1.3 The player ensures that all personal information provided in their account is accurate.
5.1.4 The player acknowledges they have only one active account with the Casino.
5.1.5 The player is responsible for keeping their login details confidential and must not allow third parties to use their account.
5.1.6 Players confirm they are not:
• (a) Public officials, including elective and appointive government employees, whether permanent or temporary;
• (b) Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines or the Philippine National Police;
• (c) Individuals under 21 years of age or students in any school, college, or university in the Philippines;
• (d) PAGCOR officials and employees;
• (e) Gaming site operators and employees;
• (f) Unregistered players;
• (g) Banned individuals
• (h) Spouses, common-law partners, children, or parents of individuals mentioned in items (a), (b), and (d).
5.1.7 Players agree not to use third-party funds to top up their Casino account. The use of joint bank accounts or shared credit/debit cards to fund accounts is strictly prohibited.
5.2 REGISTRATION AND OPENING OF YOUR ACCOUNT
5.2.1 Each player is allowed to create only one (1) personal account. Creating multiple accounts may lead to termination of all accounts and cancellation of payouts at the Casino’s discretion. Players are not permitted to share their account with any third party.
5.2.2 The Casino reserves the right to refuse account registration.
5.2.3 Players must complete a full KYC (Know Your Customer) and identification verification before their first withdrawal, cash-out request, or within seven (7) days of registration, whichever comes first.
5.2.4 Players will have an additional seven (7) days to fulfill KYC requirements. Failure to comply will result in automatic forfeiture of funds to the Government.
6. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS
6.1 An inactive (dormant) account is one that has not been accessed for twelve (12) consecutive months.
7. COMPLAINTS
7.1 You may contact our 24/7 Customer Support team via Live Chat or email at [email protected] for any service-related complaints.
7.2 To help resolve issues quickly, please provide as much detail as possible when describing your problem.
7.3 In case of any dispute, the server logs and records will serve as the final authority, and the results stored on the server are binding.
7.4 In the unlikely event of a discrepancy between the game result on your screen and the server logs, the result logged on the server will prevail.
8. SUSPENSION/CANCELLATION OF PLAYER ACCOUNT
8.1 Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may lead to the suspension or cancellation of the player’s account at the Casino’s sole discretion.
9. WITHDRAWALS
9.1 22bet aims to process all withdrawal requests within 10 minutes. However, actual receipt of funds is subject to processing times of partner payment channels.
9.2 Upon submission of a cash-out request, the player’s account will be debited immediately. It is the player’s responsibility to monitor the successful transfer of their withdrawal, whether through over-the-counter payments, bank transfers, or e-wallets.
